Progetto SPORT.S: il comune di Montelepre ospiterà il primo evento internazionale.

SPORT.S è un progetto finanziato dal programma Erasmus + SPORT, della durata di 18 mesi, realizzato in collaborazione con l’Unione di Comuni Portoghese CIM do AVE composta da 8 Comuni aderenti ed impegnato nello sviluppo locale e regionale, il Comune di Cuenca, capoluogo di Provincia di una delle 5 province di Castiglia-La Mancia comunità autonoma della Spagna, e infine il Club Sportivo Conca D’Oro della realtà Palermitana, impegnato in diverse attività relative alla promozione dello sport nelle sue diverse forme, attualmente impegnato in progetti di sensibilizzazione allo sport nelle scuole finanziati attraverso fondi nazionali.

L’obbiettivo di tale partenariato è quello di migliorare le conoscenze e pratiche relative all’ambito sportivo e alla promozione allo sport in favore di studenti e giovani delle realtà coinvolte, favorendo una maggiore coesione e collaborazione tra Club Sportivi, Comuni e Istituzioni scolastiche.

Nello specifico inoltre SPORT.S intende favorire l’inclusione sociale e il benessere del giovane già dal periodo scolastico, supportando insegnanti in tale percorso e consentendo agli studenti di partecipare ad attività sportive in maniera innovativa; allo stesso tempo il progetto intende supportare le autorità locali per un maggior coinvolgimento di club sportivi nella realizzazione e pianificazione di politiche sportive. Per tale obiettivo, vengono organizzati 3 meeting internazionali nei tre paesi partecipanti, durante i quali verranno discussi in dettaglio delle tematiche quali:

  • Politiche e programmazioni riguardo le attività sportive dentro e fuori l’assetto scolastico;
  • Il coinvolgimento di club sportivi nella stessa pianificazione politica;
  • Il ruolo delle Autorità Pubbliche nella promozione all’accesso dei giovani nei propri territori alle attività sportive

I tre meeting saranno organizzati con il coinvolgimento di diversi professionisti rappresentanti delle 4 organizzazioni del partenariato, ciascuno con un diverso background lavorativo.

Saranno coinvolti inoltra stakeholders esterni al partenariato così da dare un valore aggiunto attraverso un approccio dal basso. I risultati ottenuti attraverso i meeting (pubblicazioni, minutes, materiale) verranno ampiamente disseminati e alcuni estratti delle pubblicazioni verranno rilasciate e tradotte in 4 lingue: Italiano, spagnolo, inglese e portoghese, tale da consentire una maggiore diffusione dei contenuti.

La prima delle 3 Conferenze Internazionali avrà ad oggetto: “Legislazione Nazionale e politiche applicate: comparazione delle buone pratiche in ambito sportivo nei contesti Locali ed Europei”. All’evento prenderanno parte responsabili di politiche sportive, dirigenti scolastici ed esperti del settore provenienti da Cuenca (Spagna) e dalle municipalità dell’Unione di Comuni CIM do AVE. Sarà possibile partecipare all’evento previa iscrizione che verrà aperta nei prossimi giorni.

L’evento si terrà nel Comune di Montelepre in collaborazione con l’amministrazione locale.

SPORT.S Project: the town of Montelepre will host the first international event.

 

SPORT.S is a project funded by the Erasmus + SPORT program, lasting 18 months, carried out in collaboration with the Portuguese Union of Municipalities CIM do AVE composed of 8 member municipalities and engaged in local and regional development, the City of Cuenca, capital of the province of one of the 5 provinces of Castile-La Mancha autonomous community of Spain, and finally the Sport Club Conca D'Oro of Palermo, engaged in various activities related to the promotion of sport in its various forms, currently engaged in projects to raise awareness of sport in schools funded through national funds. The objective of this partnership is to improve knowledge and practices related to sports and the promotion of sport in favor of students and young people of the realities involved, promoting greater cohesion and collaboration between sports clubs, municipalities and educational institutions.

Specifically, SPORT.S intends to promote the social inclusion and well-being of young people from the school period, supporting teachers in this process and allowing students to participate in sports activities in an innovative way; at the same time the project intends to support local authorities for a greater involvement of sports clubs in the implementation and planning of sports policies. For this purpose, 3 international meetings are organized in the three participating countries, during which issues such as:

Policies and planning regarding sports activities in and out of the school setting;

The involvement of sports clubs in the same policy planning;

The role of Public Authorities in promoting the access of young people in their territories to sport activities.

The three meetings will be organized with the involvement of different professionals representing the 4 organizations of the partnership, each with a different working background. Stakeholders from outside the partnership will also be involved in order to give added value through a bottom-up approach. The results obtained through the meetings (publications, minutes, materials) will be widely disseminated and some extracts of the publications will be released and translated into 4 languages: Italian, Spanish, English and Portuguese, in order to allow a greater dissemination of content.The first of the 3 International Conferences will focus on: "National Legislation and Applied Policies: Comparison of Good Practices in Sport in Local and European Contexts". The event will be attended by those responsible for sports policies, school leaders and experts in the field from Cuenca (Spain) and municipalities of the Union of Municipalities CIM do AVE. It will be possible to participate in the event upon registration that will be opened in the coming days.

The event will be held in the municipality of Montelepre in collaboration with the local administration.
